Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we have a no returns policy for earrings.
- Custom Orders: We do not accept returns on custom orders, personalized jewellery, or jewellery with engravings that have been specially made.
- Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Return steps:
- Inform us by email at info@pearloasisstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include the order number, your name, your address and the item you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the address to ship your item to.
- Return: The cost of returning any items is the customer's responsibility, and refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not provide a collection service for returns. When sending a return to us, it is important to use a tracked delivery method similar to how the item was received, such as An Post Registered Post or a courier service like UPS, DHL.
- After returning the package, please send us an email to let us know the tracking number.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status and whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the returned items are in their original condition. For example, necklaces should have the original tags intact, and all relevant components should be included.
