We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is required
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Earrings – For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Custom Orders – Items that have been specially made to order, including personalised jewellery or pieces with engravings, cannot be returned.
Gift Cards – Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Steps:
- Inform us by email at info@pearloasisstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include the order number, your name, your address and the item you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the address to ship your item to.
- Return: The cost of returning any items is the customer's responsibility, and refunds do not include the cost of shipping. Please note that we do not provide a collection service for returns. When sending a return to us, it is important to use a tracked delivery method similar to how the item was received, such as An Post Registered Post or a courier service like UPS, DHL.
- After returning the package, please send us an email to let us know the tracking number.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status and whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.
Conditions of Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and components. For example, necklaces should be returned with their original tags attached and all accompanying elements included.
If an item is returned in a condition different from when it was received, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.
We kindly ask that you ensure items are carefully packaged and returned in their original condition to avoid any delays or complications during the refund process.
