Chains & Findings
✨ Gold Filled
We use US industry-standard Gold Filled, a high-quality material that contains at least 1/20 (5%) pure gold by weight.
Through a carefully controlled process, layers of solid gold are bonded to a core of high-quality brass using heat and pressure. The result is a durable material with the look and feel of solid gold, designed for everyday wear.
Gold Filled jewellery is widely regarded as one of the best alternatives to solid gold. It is hypoallergenic, water-safe, and resistant to tarnishing, offering lasting beauty over time.
✨ Gold Vermeil
Gold Vermeil is a premium form of gold plating known for its durability and rich finish.
Our Gold Vermeil jewellery follows the US Federal Trade Commission standard, using a sterling silver base coated with a thick layer of gold. At Pearl Oasis Studio, we plate our pieces with 22K or 24K gold at a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns.
This is significantly thicker than standard gold plating, which typically measures around 0.5 microns, resulting in greater durability, improved tarnish resistance, and a more luxurious finish.
✨Solid Gold
Solid gold represents the highest standard in fine jewellery.
At Pearl Oasis Studio, selected designs are crafted in solid gold, offering exceptional durability and enduring value. These pieces are designed to be worn daily and treasured for years to come.
