WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Pearl Oasis Studio jewellery.

If your item develops a manufacturing defect or becomes damaged within this period, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a repair or exchange at no additional cost.

To make a warranty request, simply email info@pearloasisstudio.com and our team will respond within 5-7 business days with the next steps.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from not following our jewellery care instructions.
