Every piece of our collection is handcrafted in our Dublin studio. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. If you have an urgent order, please contact info@pearloasisstudio.com

 

 

We ship all our deliveries via An Post (the Irish National Postal Service) with Registered Post for security and peace of mind.  

 

- IRELAND: Please allow 1-2 working days for your item(s) to arrive.

- INTERNATIONAL: Please allow 5-15 working days for your item(s) to arrive.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside European) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound taxes and duties and any other fees that outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU ( Delivered Duty Unpaid ) meaning that these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the packages. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be or if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges.     

But generally speaking, customs charges are not normally incurred.
