This statement piece features the smallest pearls on earth. Each pearl has been handpicked and carefully hand strung on 100% silk threader, finished with a beautiful 14 karat gold pearl clasp. Drilling the holes in these tiny pearls takes immense precision and time, showcasing the incredible craftsmanship involved.
Keshi, a Japanese word also meaning "poppy" (ケシ, 芥子), is used for all pearls that grew without a nucleus. Keshi pearls are a by-product of the pearl cultivation process, growing the same way as natural pearls with 100% solid nacre. They are prized for their deep lustre, making them a true gift of nature.
