We use US industry standard ''Gold Filled'' which legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It's a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality brass.

”Gold Vermeil” Gold Vermeil is durable, won't flake, and is a tarnish-resistant. It's gold layered on sterling silver, it's the thickest layer of plating.

Our Gold Vermeil are US the Federal Trade Commission Standard, made from a Sterling Silver Base that surface coated/plated with 22k/24k Gold that is at least 2.5 Microns Thick.

(In the current market the most common seen is Gold plated which only plated 0.5 Microns Thick. )
